NOTICE OF SPRING ELECTION
Barron County – April 7, 2026
Election Details – An election is to be held in the towns, villages and cities in the County of Barron, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The following officers are to be elected:
Judicial Officers
One (1) Justice of the Supreme Court, for the term of ten (10) years, to succeed the present incumbent listed, whose term of office will expire on July 31, 2026:
Justice of the Supreme Court – Rebecca G. Bradley
One (1) Circuit Court Judge, for the term of six (6) years, to succeed the present incumbents listed, whose terms of office will expire on July 31, 2026:
Barron County Circuit Court Judge, Branch 3 – Maureen D. Boyle
County Supervisor
One (1) County Supervisor for each of the twenty-nine (29) county supervisory districts, for a term of two (2) years, to succeed the present incumbent listed, whose term will expire on April 20, 2026:

For Candidates
The first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2025, and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Candidates for Justice of the Supreme Court and Barron County Circuit Court Judge, Branch 3 file nomination papers and declarations of candidacy with the Wisconsin Elections Commission. Candidates for County Supervisor file nomination and declarations of candidacy with Jessica Hodek, Barron County Clerk.
Primary Election
If a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Additional Information
Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election. If you do not have a photo ID, you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
